Products are eligible for return only if they are found to be defective, damaged during delivery, or not as per the confirmed order specifications. All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Customized orders, special configurations, software licenses, and products damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Products returned in damaged or incomplete condition may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Longeval Networks support with order details, reason for return, and relevant images or documentation. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed if the return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Refunds for rented equipment are governed by the specific rental agreement. Early returns, damages, or misuse may result in partial or no refund as per the agreed rental terms.
In certain cases, Longeval Networks may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and inspection results.
Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and handled accordingly.
